You already know my name right? If you don’t I am Pragati Sinha  . I am a Gold Medalist at both Graduation and Post-Graduation level (Mathematics) and now close to hold a Ph.D. degree. Right now I am doing a full time job as Assistant Professor in an Engineering college. You may be surprised that I am doing a full time job and just a part time blogger till now! I already run a full-fledged website (Presencebar) and now this (TiniBlog) is my second website. Presencebar provides information on various vacancies of different departments of Government of India. It publishes around 15-20 vacancies daily. It takes lots of time to publish these vacancies on a daily basis so I have employed one person who works from his home at his convenient time and I give him his salary. The best part here is the salary that I give to my employee is a part of the amount that I earn from this website. It gives me an immense pleasure that I have at least created one full time vacancy and provided the employment to somebody. The rest amount is the profit of my pocket.

Before starting my first website, I was always in a search of ideas on making money from home and was not aware of blogging and all these things. Once I was searching something on the Internet and I found Steve Pavlina’s blog on Personal Development. I started reading it and then came to know about money making from blogs. I soon decided that I will also build my own website and start making money from it. I even started building my website and thought I will soon become very rich. But I was wrong! Because of lack of knowledge and experience, my first website ever (BornTechnical.com) died very soon. I didn’t drive any traffic. Then I started my second website (Naukrinet.in), it drove some good traffic initially but died within 3 months because of search engine penalty (I will tell you later what is the search engine penalty). I worked very hard, but in wrong direction. But as there is saying that nothing goes waste in this world I learnt a lot from my mistakes. My third website Presencebar (actually I call it my first website) established and earned me a good amount of regular income.

I made really foolish mistakes in the starting of my blogging career. And I had to pay them all. But after the success of Presencebar, I decided that I would now educate people to start in a right direction so that they will not make those silly mistakes I have done in the past.

I am starting this website from very basic level. The terminology I have used till now is for laymen. And I have used it deliberately. The language I am using to write in this blog is easy to understand because I know most of the people in this world do not know good English. My objective is to educate as many people as I can. You can find number of other blogs over the Internet that cover the same topic like mine, but they are not designed for beginners. They will not provide you step by step guide to assist you on your every move. They will not tell you what you should do or what you should not do in the starting of your blogging career.

I would recommend you, once you are well aware of blogging and get some hands on experience, please feel free to refer advance literature spread over the Internet to widen your knowledge and get some really good ideas of money making. However, once this tutorial is complete, I will also write more advance topics for you so that your thirst for more can be satisfied.
